- Observation: Operator has too many products taking over hallway space. Also noted some products on ground in walk-in cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all foods are at least 6 inches above ground and only store products on designated shelving racks. Do not take over hallway space and used as storage.
- Operator needs to purchase less stocks.

Floor plan, as indicated on the last inspection report, has not been submitted to our office for approval of relocation of the repackaging area.

- Operator must apply for a plumbing permit for relocation of the new handsink, perpendicular to the 2-compartment dishwashing sink at the back.
- Facility must stop repackaging of all foods until further notice, as already indicated on the last routine report.

- Observation: Food products are noted storing on ground (ie. bottled pop, canned foods, a box of mangoes).
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure food products is stored at least 6 inches above ground to facilitate cleaning and for pest monitoring.

- Observation: Operator has relocated repackaging area. Originally, repackaging area is located close to a handwashing sink and dishwashing sink. 2 new stand up freezers are now in replacement of the repackaging area. Handsink is now located right outside washroom, which is not conveniently located by the repackaging area. In addition, dishwashing sink has been dismantled and there is nowhere in sight for operator to sanitize scoops or other equipment for repackaging.
- Corrective Action(s): Stop repackaging of food products until further notice. Submit plans for approval for food repackaging. A handwashing sink and 2-compartment dishwashing sink is requird in order to resume food repackaging. Written approval is required to resume.
