- 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
- A cloth sieve was found initially on the tap for the three compartment sink. The manager advised that the sieve was being used to minimize splashing from the tap which extends to nearly the edge of the sink compartments. The sieve has been removed and advised to use a lower setting on the faucet in order to minimize splashing if needed.
