- The detergent jug at the mini high-temperature dishwasher was empty. Please ensure that the dishwasher is equipped with detergent at all times. The operator later provided photos showing that a new detergent jug was obtained.
- 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
- Walk-in cooler with perishable food items was missing an internal monitoring thermometer. Please ensure all coolers are equipped with internal monitoring thermometers. The operator later provided photos showing that thermometers have been installed.

- Outstanding - Ceiling surface above food prep area was not smooth, non-absorbent, durable and easy-to-clean.

- - The stand freezer was observed with food debris and ice buildup.- The microwave was observed with a buildup of food debris on the interior surfaces.Please clean and maintain all equipment in a sanitary condition.The operator later provided photos showing that the freezer and microwave had been cleaned.
