      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION: Soup warmer used to keep rice hot. Rice measured to be 45C along outer edge and 20C in the middle
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded rice at the time of inspection. Ensure rice warmer is able to produce at least 60C at all times.

      • Corrective Action(s): Discard the food items noted above. Hot potentially hazardous food items must be stored at > or = 60C at all times.

      • There's an electrical power bar outlet atop the cutting board for the bread -it is caked with flour (possible electrical hazard)
      • Corrective Action(s): Dishwash the bulk scooper -keep the scooper handle-up in the food otherwise ideally keep outside in a washable container
      • Remove and clean the power bar and store in a location where it will not get contaminated from food

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Rice scoop with visible food debris stored in empty container. Per staff, scoop is cleaned at the end of the day.
      • -Clean and sanitize rice scoop. Staff refreshed container with cold water.
      • -Ensure rice scoop is stored in cold, ice water and that water is refreshed frequently to minimize potential bacterial growth.
      • 2) Equipment used to open canned foods had thick amount of debris and food build-up around handle.
      • -Clean and sanitize equipment.

      • -Staff made two sanitizer buckets for each food handling area at time of inspeciton. Measured 200ppm chlorine.
      • -Ensure sanitizer solution is readily available at all times to wipe down food contact surfaces and minimize potential bacterial growth.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small cooler in beverage station measured approximately 7-9C. Back of cooler itself is -12C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Defrost and clean cooler. Move all items to nearby pop cooler in the meantime.
