      • Currently using a degreaser sanitizing agent which is a QUAT. This product requires a potable rinse on food contact surfaces.You must use a non-rinse solution to sanitize food contact surfaces.* The most common used are bleach (chlorine) at 100ppm or a QUAT based solution at 200ppm**No other chemicals can be added.

      • Dishwasher still requires servicing to be able wash and sanitize dishware.The large two compartment sink is available to wash and sanitize dishware. Until the dishwasher is operational and sanitizing dishware (100ppm) all serving utensils and dishware used for the students and daycare children must be single use.
