      • Sanitizer was observed in an unlabeled spray bottle. The worker was unable to identify what the sanitizer was. When testing the solution with Quats and Chlorine test strips, both showed a concentration of 0 ppm. The manager was made aware and was going to replenish the sanitizer. Please ensure that all sanitizer bottles are at the proper concentration as per manufacturer's instructions.

      • Sanitizer bottle was unlabeled. To reduce accidental misusage and exposure, please ensure that all chemical bottles are labeled correctly.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips for sanitizer were not available. Please ensure that test strips are accessible for workers, as they are beneficial in checking the sanitizers concentration and overall effectiveness.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The food permit was noted to be expired as of 2025. Please ensure that a new permit is printed and posted.
