- Chlorine sanitizing solution was >200ppm which is too strong for food contact surfaces. The solution was remade to 100ppm. Violation corrected during the inspection.

- The dishwasher was run and no chlorine was measured at the end stage. The machine was ran again and observed the chlorine sanitizer was being injected prior to the rinse aid. On subsequent run this was corrected and there was adequate chlorine at the end stage. Violation corrected during the inspection.
