- High temperature dishwasher measured at 74.9C at the dish level. The display screen on the dishwasher is not working and employees cannot see if the temperature is reaching the appropriate level to sanitize dishes. Ensure this screen is fixed or have another way to verify the temperature is reaching the sanitation step.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The ceiling in the newly renovated kitchen/prep area is not properly finished. Ensure the ceiling is smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.

- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- A handwashing sink was not hooked up properly to plumbing in the back food preparation area and it did not have hot water when checked. This area was not approved for food preparation area so operators can removed this sink since food preparation will not be taking place in this area going forward.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- A food preparation area has been assembled behind the bar area. This is in contravention of the original food permit restrictions. Ensure all food preparation takes place in the front bar area. Coolers/freezers can be stored in the back area but all food preparation must take place where it was originally approved.
