      • A piece of the wall surfacing beside the gas stove was detached from the wall exposing building material.Repair the wall surfacing.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Food equipment, popcorn machine and hotdog grill, that was not being used during the inspection was observed with grease residue and food debris.Clean the food equipment mentioned above and ensure the equipment are cleaned after every use.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The floor of the walk-in cooler was observed with food debris and the floor underneath the fryer was observed with grease and oil. Clean the above mentioned areas and ensure it is maintained clean and sanitary.
