      • 1. clean and sanitize door handles and inside the equipment
      • 2. thoroughly clean the floor in the storage area and kitchen area
      • 3. organize storage area and remove items no longer used for the business

      • Mop up and sanitize the floor. Do not store items in the mop sink.

      • Organize storage area and keep boxes and items on shelves for ease of
      • cleaning and monitoring.
