- Chlorine test strips expired. Hydrogen Peroxide test strips also expired.Check chlorine sanitizer on your water bottling sanitizer sink on Tuesdays and Thursdays and record chlorine sanitizer concentration that is used to sanitize bottled water on a log sheet.
- 12. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A copy of pest control checklist will be emailed to operator to record it monthly as part of pest control records.
- 15. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- Current posted Food Handling Permit expired. Operator took the updated permit from office and will replace the expired one.
