- **CORRECTED**1. The cooler in the sandwich preparation area measured 17*C/62.7*F. A probe thermometer was placed in the cooler below and measured 18*C/65*F. - All food in cooler was discarded during the inspection, and the Operator called a technician to come repair the unit. They stated the technician would be arriving in 1-2 hours.- An ice bath was made during the inspection to store fresh ingredients in until the unit was repaired.
