Action required: Please either remove the washer and dryer from the kitchen and move it to other area OR install a physical barrier in the kitchen to physically separate both activities.*Discussed with the staff member, staff confirmed that they are planning to move out the laundry machine from the kitchen (work is under progress).May 8, 2026: Observations The washer and dryer noted in the kitchen area. A basket containing linens was also observed within the kitchen.
