- The operator indicated that toy washing is currently conducted using the handwashing sink located within the classroom. Requirements were discussed, and the Public Health Inspector advised staff to relocate toy washing activities to the two-compartment sink available in the school kitchen and to follow proper two-compartment dishwashing procedures.Toys must be washed and sanitized in a designated sink that is not used for handwashing purposes.
