      • 2. Ice scoop and bucket observed being placed in ice machine.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Bleach bottle solution should be replaced with new solution (1/2 tsp of bleach to 1L of water). All bleach bottles were replaced with new sanitizer solution (Corrected)
      • 2. Ensure ice scoop is placed in safe and accessible area. Ice scoop was removed by operator to safe location during inspection. (corrected)
