      • Sanitizer spray bottle for packaging area contained a bleach solution that was too strong. Test strip "bleached out" indicating chlorine concentration > 200ppm.
      • Corrective action: ensure bleach solution is 100-200ppm. Using a solution above recommended levels may contaminate food.
      • - Discussed adding 1/2 cap of bleach to 1 full spray bottle of water. Test strips provided to operator.
