- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:

- Equip hand sink with single-use paper towel that is kept in or on a dispenser.

- Rodent droppings observed on the shelf under the hand wash sink, on the floor under the three-compartment sink and back prep table, under the microwave, grill, and flat top grill. Areas affected by rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
