      • Equip hand sink with single-use paper towel that is kept in or on a dispenser.

      • Rodent droppings observed on the shelf under the hand wash sink, on the floor under the three-compartment sink and back prep table, under the microwave, grill, and flat top grill. Areas affected by rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.

      • Debris build-up observed on the floor under the front service equipment. Clean and sanitize floor under the front service equipment.
