      • The bleach/chlorine test strips were observed to be expired. Please acquire new test strips.

      • A hole was observed on the lower portion of the wall located to the right when entering the kitchen. Please ensure the indicated hole is sealed to render the surface smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean.

      • - The program currently does not have a designated written sanitation schedule for the facility's kitchen. It is necessary to establish a cleaning schedule to ensure thorough and regular maintenance of the required cleaning areas.
