    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1) The plastic liner on the shelf beneath the dishwashing sink cabinet had lots of debris on it. - Regularly inspect and clean the mat to prevent any buildup of dirt or contaminants. Replace the plastic liner if it cannot be cleaned2) The top drawer of utensils had food crumbs in it.-Thoroughly clean the utensil and the compartment, ensuring that no food residue remains. Implement a regular cleaning schedule to prevent the accumulation of food debris and maintain the cleanliness of utensils and storage areas.
