      • -There were loose staples on the wall of the OSC. Staples were covered with tape at the time of inspection.

      • -Chemicals under the kitchen sink were not secured. A lock was added to the cupboard at the time of inspection
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • -Staff were using the designated diapering sink for rinsing bibs. In every social care facility where diaper changing is performed, diaper changing shall be performed completely separate from food areas. At the time of inspection the bibs were moved to another sink and the diapering sink was cleared for handwashing purposes.
