      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) A remote follow-up inspection of this premises was conducted by phone on 10-Jul-24. An on-site inspection was not conducted by the Environmental Health Officer.

    • 303 - Critical Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
      • Observation: Dishwasher in pub was not injecting chlorine sanitizer at time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action: Dishwasher must be repaired so that chlorine sanitizer is automatically injected and can achieve a concentration of at least 25 ppm. Until such time as repairs can be made, chlorine sanitizer can be manually added to the rinse cycle so as to achieve a concentration of at lease 25 ppm, or glasses, utensils & other items can be sanitized in a sink 100 ppm chlorine solution or 200 ppm quaternary ammonium (quats) solution.
