- The hand sink was out of soap and paper towels were not available in a dispenser.*** Please refill the soap dispenser and provide paper towels in a dispenser at the hand sink. ***

- There is a breach in the cinderblock wall adjacent to the service line and stove where fiberglass insulation is accessible. It was discussed that this will be covered with a stainless-steel panel pending some electrical work completion.*** Please provide a temporary barrier at this site (i.e. cover with plastic, etc.). ***
