      • Observation: Droppings found on the floor near the back door of the kitchen. Two dead mice found in the mouse trap kept underneath the stand up coolers next to the office area. The last pest control report was from November 30, 2017. This is not often enough.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings and have pest control come on site within one week and provide the report.
