      • - **Track storage shelves (floor);
      • - **Track storage tracking;
      • - Under shelves, counters, and equipment in kitchen (especially hard-to-reach areas like behind and around legs of equipment);
      • Corrective Action(s): These areas must be better maintained. The storage area needs to be completely cleaned and tracking scrubbed to remove the long-standing build-up of food debris. Then it must be maintained better.
