- Expired health permit decal present, as health permit fees have not been paid. Premises is operating illegally. Hand delivered the outstanding health permit fees letter.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Immediately pay the health permit fees of $150 by Aug. 7/25. Failure to do so, will result in the closure of the premises until the fees are paid.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Bread tag on bags of buns (no sesame) being used, had expiration date of Sept-10-24. These are expired and shall NOT be used.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Immediately remove the expired buns from use and discard or return for refund. Staff shall inspect expiration date of all products every day and remove expired foods from use. During the inspection, staff removed expired buns from use and set aside to return to supplier.

- The hand sink, beside the office desk, has a constantly running cold water tap. The cold water can NOT be fully turned off. This wastes water and creates a moist environment for flies, pests and mildew to breed. Supervisor stated it is scheduled to be repaired tonight.

- Repair or replace the cold water tap so it can fully turn OFF and on the cold water.
