      • Cleaning cloth was left out on the freezer cover. Corrected during the inspection. Cleaning cloth was placed in the sanitizer solution.Please make sure cleaning cloths are kept in sanitizer solution while they are not in use.

      • *There were couple of the light covers in the prep area and dishwashing area had crack on them. Please make sure light covers are replaced or shatter resistant light bulbs are installed.*Couple flooring tiles were cracked in the cooking line.* Countertop edges were not in good repair in the back area where the breads are stored underneath.

      • Operater stated that plumbing under the dishwasher was leaking. Dishwasher was not in use at the time of the inspection. Repair is in progress. There was also 2 comp. sink is available for dishwashing until the repairs are completed.
