      • A temporary metal work surface was placed over the three-compartment sink to allow slicing of produce. The two dispensing tubes for sanitizer and other chemicals were observed sitting on this surface and leaking chemicals onto it. The tubes were moved to the far left to ensure they were running into/dispensed from the vacant sink, rather than onto a food handling surface.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • A deep clean is required for floors throughout, as there is an accumulation of grease. Ensure all items are moved and cleaned underneath, including underneath equipment and special attention to corners.
