- Paper towels at the handwashing sink in the front and in the back are not located in suitable dispensers. Ensure paper towel is provided in suitable dispensers to help reduce potential contamination.

- Minor cockroach activity is observed in several traps throughout the facility. Ensure pest control measures are taken to eliminate the presence of pests in the facility.
