      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket in the cook area did not have adequate concentration of sanitizer in it, even though staff had just refreshed it. Concentration at source was 200ppm after the hoses were checked and tightened. Ensure staff is wringing out the wiping cloths when refreshing solution.
      • Corrective Action(s): Refresh the sanitizer bucket again.
