     • Corrective Action(s): - Follow proper ware washing steps using two compartment sink: 1. Wash and rinse in one sink 2- use drain stopper and fill the sink with bleach ( 1 oz in 1 gallon) soak for 2 minutes and air dry in drying racks

     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid soap at hand washing sink
     • Corrective Action(s): Hand washing sink is to be supplied with liquid soap and paper towel at all time

     • - Dish rack noted beside Janitorial sink
     • Corrective Action(s): Provide a surface sanitizer ie: bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces and manual dishwashing (noted in previous inspection reprot)
     • - For manual dishwashing as discussed follow the 4 steps :
     • 1. wash with detergent and warm water
     • 2.Rinse with clean water
     • 3. Fill the sink with bleach solution (1 oz in 1 gallon) soak dishware in bleach solution for 2 minutes
     • 4. Air dry in dish rack
     • - Provide wall mounted dish rack
     • -Do not use janitorial sink for dishwashing
     • Staff went to pick up it up at time of visit.

     • Observation: -Back production area is in bad condition - flooring , wall and shelving units
     • - light cover is missing in production room
     • Corrective Action(s): -Gradual renovation is required for the back area
