      • Pushpins were used in area that children play in. ensure pushpins are removed from areas that children interact with to prevent injury.Operators removed the pushpins during the inspection

      • Anti-septic wipes were expired in the first-aid kit. Ensure all equipment in the first aid kit is not expired.Operators replaced the old wipes with new wipes that were not expired.

      • The diapering mat in the bathroom was damaged making it difficult to clean. Diapering mats must in good repair, so they are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.Operators replaced the diapering mat

      • The sink in the toddler bathroom was leaking under the cupboard. Please repair the leak.Operators repaired the leak.If the cupboards under the sink are water damaged, please repair.

      • Mouse droppings were found in the laundry room and in the kitchen in the insulation. Please acquire the services of a professional pest control company to investigate, treat, monitor, and implement an integrated pest management strategy within the facility. Ensure mouse droppings are cleaned and seal all possible entry points. Please send pest control reports to your public health inspector.

      • 1. Water beads were used for a scooping activity in the 1st room. Water beads can become harmful as they can expand if swallowed or put into an ear and cause injury. Water beads discarded. Violation corrected onsite.

      • 1. Some sensory bottles in the first room were easily openable. Please tightly secure these bottles. 2. Some shelves throughout the facility are wobbly. Please secure them. - Shelf by the fridge in the first room- Shelf by the crib in the toddler room - Shelves in the toddler 2 room 3. The shelving units of the wooden shelves throughout the facility are easily movable. In the toddler room, observed the shelving unit lift up when a child was reaching for toys. Please secure these shelving units and ensure they are not easily movable.

      • 1. Unfinished porous wooden shelves were seen in the toddler room. Please ensure all shelves are non-porous and easily cleanable. 2, There is a hole on the wall outside the office. Please repair.
