- There were no chlorine sanitizer test papers available at the time of inspection.Ensure appropriate sanitizer test papers are available to check concentration of sanitizing solution.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- All hand washing sinks were missing paper towels/ paper towel dispensers at the time of inspection.Ensure hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in place at all hand washing sinks at all times.

Operator mentioned that the surface will be replaced with one that is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.Ensure all surfaces in the facility are smooth, easy to clean and impermeable to moisture.
