    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A Red Bull C-Can unit was added after approval without a handwashing sink within the unit. A handwashing sink was not available around the unit. Staff were also directed to obtain hand sanitizer. At two VIP bars, structures were built after the initial inspection that placed handwashing sinks behind walls at the rear of the bars, making them less accessible. This must be reviewed during future event planning.

    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Bottles and cans were stored in the ice well which contained ice used for customer drinks. Ice used for customer drinks must be protected from contamination. Refrain from storing bottles and cans in the ice well as this can directly contaminate the ice supply. The operator removed the bottles, discarded the ice and sanitized the ice well at the time of the inspection.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • A bag of ice was stored directly on the ground. Food in general must be stored at least 6 inches above the ground to protect it from contamination. The operator placed the bag of ice on the table at the time of the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towel dispenser at the VIP North Bar and the Speakeasy. Hand sinks must be equipped with paper towel dispensers. Obtain a paper towel dispenser.

      • Missing liquid soap or hand sanitizers in all handwashing stations.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • Several bars and one washroom trailer were not fully ready or had issues such as leak or no hot water at the time of inspection. Will require re-inspection.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • For the three compartment sink located behind the "Liquid IV" booth, one of the sink basins was not draining at all, and a second basin was draining slowly.This was repaired during inspection and all sink basins were draining adequately.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • At the main bar, the northwest three compartment sink was not draining (all basins).Have the hand wash sink repaired.

      • Liquid IV is only permitted to use pitcher that fir their 3-compartment sink. They intended to use large batches of beverages in containers that were too large for the 3-compartment sink. - All bars using re-usable utensils and equipment must be able to wash, rinse and sanitize using an approved sanitizer solution such Quat at 200 ppm or chlorine at 100 ppm. -

      • Bottles stored in customer ice in several bars throughout the venue. - Do not store bottles in customer ice to prevent contamination. - Ice discarded and replaced.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Liquid IV was only permitted to use single use customer utensils. They were found to be using re-usable beverage dispenser and mixing utensils. to make large batches of beverage without any sanitizer used in the 3-compartment sink. - All bars using re-usable utensils and equipment must be able to wash, rinse and sanitize using an approved sanitizer solution such Quat at 200 ppm or chlorine at 100 ppm. - Advised event organizer to provide RTE Quat to Liquid IV.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1) One temporary handwashing sink in the porta-potty area was leaking. - Corrected during inspection. 2) 3-4 temporary handwashing stations were out of soap. Soap available on one side only. - Corrected during inspection.
