- There was no hot water at 3 comp sinks onsite at their tent. Corrected during the inspection. It triggered power when they connected their microwave.
- 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
- Food vendor did not set up at required or scheduled time. Event started on Aug. 16 , but inspection of the unit was conducted next day on Aug. 17 due to multiple events on the same day.
