      • Mouse droppings were observed on the floor under the dishwasher, on the bottom of some cupboards, and in the dry storage area on the pop shelf. Inspector reviewed how to safely clean mouse droppings. Ensure traps are set and entrance points are sealed in the kitchen. Clean all dishes stored on impacted shelves.

      • Underneath prep line cutting board had build up of food debris. Please clean underneath the cutting board and ensure this is added to the daily cleaning schedule.
