- There is a single sink at the food prep area has Frizzlife under sink water filter system-NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 certified 3-stage 0.5 Micron removes 99.99% lead, chlorine, chloramine, fluoride and odor. This sink has a drinking water faucet attached. Sink was adequately stocked for proper hand hygiene procedures at the time of inspection. Operators were advised that a 2-compartment sink is required for equipment/utensils cleaning and sanitizing procedures. 2-compartment sink will be ordered and plumbed for compliance.Operators plan to have it install by August 10, 2025.
