- B) Dishwasher lacks detergent line. Mechanical dishwashing is incomplete without an adequate wash cycle.
- Corrective Action(s): A) Have faucet replaced by next scheduled inspection as discussed.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not turned on and is not in use due to low volume sales. Observed the triple sink faucet broken off. Discussed dishwashing procedures and proper three step processes not followed. No sanitizing step included to kill any microbes on the dishware.
- Corrective Action(s): It's ok to use only manual dishwashing based on the volume of dishes in play at this time, but you must follow proper manual dishwashng procedures. Bleach on hand, but larger container is likely needed to meet the needs of manual dishwashing. Recommend always having the third sink full of sanitizer solution following ratios noted on dishwash sign.
