      • The hand wash station at the back of the kitchen was not equipped with soap. The operator reported that the soap dispenser had fallen off the night before. The hand wash station located in the front was fully equipped.

      • The quats sanitizer concentration, in the sanitizer bucket at the back, was 50ppm. This was corrected at the time of inspection.

      • The hood vents were overdue for servicing since 2021. Please ensure that the hood vents are serviced to prevent the risk of a fire.
