- A gap was visible at the bottom of the back door located in the kitchen. Replace the weather stripping to ensure there is no gap to prevent pest entry.
- 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
- Adhesive film and tape were observed on several cooking equipment as well as the exhaust hood. Ensure all adhesive and tape are removed before operation.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Some ceiling tiles were missing in the kitchen area. The operator stated the ceiling tiles will be replaced once the gas valve has been turned on.
