- Coffee Urn labeled 'Apple Cider' located on the kitchen island had clear liquid remaining on the bottom & a noticeable apple cinnamon smell. Inspector verbally noted this to the operator. Please ensure to have coffee urn cleaned, sanitized and dried to ensure equipment is sanitary for its' next use. All food equipment shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent contamination.
