- Bleach solution and commercial grade cleaner were available for surface sanitization.Cleaner available was suitable for cleaning purpose but not sanitization.Bleach solution was made, measured and verified at 100 ppm for surface sanitization.Make sure to test the bleach solution with chlorine test strips on routine basis.Note: Bleach in use was lemon scented, make sure to use the unscented bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
