      • The concentration of Quat sanitizer in spray bottles was measured to be at 50ppm. The operator prepared fresh 200ppm solution during inspection.

      • 0ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration was measured from the dishwasher after multiple sanitizing cycles. Please contact your service company for repairs. Washed utensils or equipment must be sanitized in the 3-compartment sink using 200ppm Quat sanitizer solution available in the facility until the dishwasher is repaired.
