OBSERVED IMPROPER PEST CONTROL ,EVIDENCE OF LIVE FLIES,10 FLIES ON FLOORS AROUND WATERMELON AND IN AREA OF MELONS. ALSO MUST PROVIDE TREATMENT AND PEST LOG BOOK FROM PEST CO.
