Observation: Some fridges/freezers/hot holding units appeared to be missing thermometers or had broken thermometers (e.g. prep fridge, ice cream freezer). Corrective Action: Install thermometers in fridges/hot holding units where missing and install a functional thermometer in the ice cream freezer.
