- Observation: No waste water receptable was installed for the trailer at time of inspection. Waste water from previous operation was being dumped directly on to the ground.
- Corrective Action: Operator is to obtain a tank to collect waste water. Waste water is to be disposed of in an approved manner, eg. toilet or sink connected to a sewage system, sani-dump station.
- 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
- Observation: Hand sink was clogged at time of inspection. The hand sink should be in working order for food handlers at all times during operation to ensure that proper hand hygiene is followed.
- Corrective Action: Unclog hand sink. Video/photo is to be provided by operator in lieu of in-person inspection.
