      • Observation: Observed a selection of the wired shelves in walk-in cooler at varying stages of deterioration. Paint is flaking off the wire and/or supports. Flakes could contaminate food, and shelves are no longer easily cleaned as the metal underneath the paint is rusting.
      • Corrective Action(s): Develop a succession plan for the shelves and/or support unit and start to phase out by next scheduled inspection.
      • **Improve lighting in walk-in with stronger bulbs to make cleaning in this space easier for staff.
