- The facility is equipped with a commercial three pump low-temperature chlorine dishwasher located in the back kitchen. At the time of inspection, the dishwasher was not functioning correctly and was dispensing 0 ppm chlorine. measured to be operating at 40C at the plate level.The front bar dishwasher (rotating type) was not operational.Please ensure all dishwashers are repaired and functioning adequately to effectively dispense appropriate effective sanitizer levels.Back kitchen dishwasher: chlorine sanitizerFront bar dishwasher: iodine or chlorine sanitizer

- No chlorine test strips were available to confirm the concentration of chlorine sanitizer.Please ensure chlorine test strips capable of measuring 100–200 ppm chlorine are acquired and used to verify that chlorine sanitizers are prepared and dispensed at the correct concentration.---If the front dishwasher will be dispensing iodine sanitizer, please ensure iodine test strips capable of measuring 12.5–25 ppm are acquired and used to confirm the dishwasher is dispensing the correct iodine concentration for effective microbial reduction.

- Multiple exterior doors were observed not to form a tight seal. Please ensure weather stripping and door sweeps are installed and maintained so exterior doors seal properly against the door frame, with no gaps remaining that could allow pest entry.When facing from the bar toward the front of the facility, the following doors did not form a tight seal:-Front left storage room door leading to the exterior-Main front entrance door-Front door to the right of the bar (parking lot side)---Pest control records were not available at the time of inspection.Please ensure records of pest control services are retained and stored on site for review during future inspections.

- The staff washroom opens into the back food storage area near dry storage and the ice machine. The washroom door was not equipped with a self-closing mechanism.Please ensure that the washroom opening into a food handling or food storage area is equipped with a self-closing mechanism to ensure the door remains closed at all times.

- In the back food storage area above the walk-in freezer, ceiling tiles were observed to be hanging or missing, leaving openings in the ceiling.Please ensure damaged ceiling tiles are repaired or replaced so the ceiling forms a continuous, sealed surface to prevent the entry of pests.

- In the back kitchen area, a tabletop (repurposed cooler) with plywood placed over openings was being used as a counter surface for coffee machines. The plywood surface was porous and not smooth or easily cleanable.Please ensure that all surfaces used as countertops or for food handling are in good condition and are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable and sanitizable.

- The men’s and women's customer washroom doors were observed to have rust patches (sheet metal doors). Please ensure rusted areas of washroom doors are repaired or refinished so surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and easy to clean.---In the women’s customer washroom, two of the three toilet cubicle doors did not fully close and some doors had sharp edges. Please ensure doors are adjusted to close properly and that any sharp edges are repaired or removed so washroom facilities do not pose a risk of injury to customers.
