The operator adjusted the fridge temperature setting, and a temperature of 2°C was measured inside the fridge by the end of the inspection. The operator was educated on the cold storage temperature requirements, specifically that the fridge temperature must be maintained at 4°C or colder.- Food temperature logs only contained hot/cold holding records; final cooking temperature records were missing. The operator was educated on the requirement to measure and document final cooking temperatures to ensure food is cooked to the minimum required temperature of 74°C or hotter.
