      • Cleaning is required in the following areas: -White garbage can-Grease filter.-A few parts of the wall. -Exterior of the fridge. Ensure all areas are kept in a clean and sanitary condition.

      • The gravy temperature was measured at 54 °C.Ensure:- All high-risk foods are hot held at 60 °C or above. - To record all hot‑holding temperatures in the temperature log.Saff increased the temperature to above 60 °C.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • It is unclear which basin of the three‑compartment sink is designated for handwashing, as all compartments are obstructed with dishes.Ensure the designated handwashing sink is clearly labeled and remains unobstructed at all times for proper hand hygiene. The PHI designated the basin beneath the soap and paper towel dispensers as the handwashing sink to prevent cross‑contamination, and the obstruction was removed. Use the remaining two basins for the two‑compartment sink method.

Ensure that all counters are smooth, durable, non-absorbent, easily cleanable, and maintained in good repair.Not observed on March 4, 2026.
