- Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all food areas where mouse droppings are found. Recommend using a 1:9 bleach to water ratio on areas where mice frequent to remove pheromone trail. Continue to work with pest control company, following all their recommendations to assist in eradicating mice.

- Corrective Action(s): All foods needing refrigeration moved during inspection to an alternate fridge. Please review temperature records frequently to ensure that if a consistent high temperature reading is noted that action can be taken right away.
